In the event you will not be able to attend your scheduled Affiliation meeting, all substitutions (i.e., reassigning your attendance to someone else) and/or cancellations must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Notification can also be made by calling any Affiliation Program team member at 800.477.1772, option 3. Cancellation will be considered official on the date written or verbal confirmation is received by The Affiliation Program.
Refunds are based on the timing of the request:
- 90 days out or longer – Full refund or credit available
- 89 – 60 days out – Less 20%
- 59 – 30 days out – Less 50%
- 29 – 0 days out – No refund or credit available
