Dana D. Wilkes, Senior Affiliation Manager for Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions, has been a valued part of the Affiliation team since 2012. She began initially as an Affiliation Coordinator in our Austin office, providing mainly offsite support for The Affiliation Program’s executive education and networking conferences and serving as system administrator of the division’s Salesforce CRM. Since that time, her role has grown to include the onsite management, development, and planning of Affiliation Program conferences.
Dana has worked for various divisions in Sheshunoff since 1997, giving her a broad knowledge of the firm and the community banking industry as a whole. Before joining the Affiliation team in 2012, she worked as a Research & Development Coordinator for the Risk Management Services division of Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions and for Brintech (a firm acquired by Sheshunoff in 2010). In this role, she provided assistance with proposal writing, editing, and contract development, and she also coordinated placement of speakers from the firm at industry trade shows and conventions.
Dana holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English from Baylor University. When she is not traveling to one of our amazing Affiliation Program meeting locations, she loves spending time at home in Austin, Texas, with her husband, two sons, and their two mischievous yet adorable rescue animals, a Golden Retriever mix and a Siamese cat.
