In the event you will not be able to attend your scheduled Affiliation meeting, all substitutions (i.e., reassigning your attendance to someone else – the ideal solution) and/or cancellations must be submitted to affiliation@smslp.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations will be considered official on the date written confirmation is received by The Affiliation Program. Written cancellations received after hours or over a weekend or holiday will be confirmed the next business day.
Credits are based on the timing of the request:
90 days out or longer – Full credit available
89 – 60 days out – Less 20%
59 – 30 days out – Less 50%
29 – 0 days out – No credit available
