Carlos Bravo brings over 27 years of experience in providing assurance services to clients across a variety of industries, with a strong focus on the financial services sector. His work spans Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America, where he has served organizations ranging from small enterprises to large, publicly traded companies with international operations. Recognized for his leadership and expertise, Carlos has been repeatedly named by the South Florida Business Journal as one of the region’s elite financial executives offering audit services in South Florida.
In addition to his client work, Carlos is an active speaker and trainer on financial reporting topics. He regularly conducts lectures and training sessions at select business schools throughout South Florida. His areas of expertise include corporate governance and internal controls, revenue recognition (ASC 606), debt and equity transactions, other-than-temporary impairment of debt securities, business combinations and due diligence, as well as fair value accounting and related disclosures.
Carlos is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Cuban American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Society of CPAs, and the Puerto Rico Society of Public Accountants. He is also committed to community service, contributing his time to the Special Olympics of South Florida in Dade County.
Carlos earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.
