In the event you will not be able to attend your scheduled Affiliation meeting, you may send another officer in your stead as a substitution which would be preferred.  All substitutions (i.e., reassigning your attendance to someone else) and/or cancellations must be submitted to affiliation@smslp.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations will be considered official on the date written confirmation is received by The Affiliation Program.

Credits are based on the timing of the request:

  • 90 days out or longer – Full credit available
  • 89 – 60 days out – Less 20%
  • 59 – 30 days out – Less 50%
  • 29 – 0 days out – No credit available
