Breakout Session – Industry Update and Bank Pricing Trends

As the banking industry begins to see deposit costs fall and net interest margins expand modestly, economic uncertainty is putting the focus on asset quality.  Bank stocks and M&A prices enjoyed a rebound in the second half of 2025 which appears to be carrying into 2026.  To better inform banks as they plan strategically for the future, we will study the current trends in bank performance and valuation levels for bank stocks and M&A transactions after a strong finish to 2025.
