Chris Hanson is an IT services and technology strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations translate ambition into disciplined execution. He specializes in IT outsourcing, managed services, and service operations maturity, partnering with executive teams to clarify priorities, strengthen operating models, and improve measurable performance.

Chris works closely with CIOs, private equity sponsors, and senior leadership teams to convert strategic intent into actionable plans.
