Jessica Wallace serves as Client Relationship Manager for The Affiliation Program at Sheshunoff, where she works directly with bank executives and their teams to ensure members are getting full value from their membership. From onboarding new member banks and supporting renewals to connecting members with peer group meetings, resources, and consulting benefits, Jessica is the person members can count on to make the relationship work.
Jessica brings a depth of experience to that work that is rare in the industry. She began her banking career as a teller and went on to hold nearly every position a financial institution has to offer, from retail banking and mortgage lending to wealth management, ultimately advancing to Assistant Vice President at a major national bank. That eleven-year journey through the ranks gives her a genuine understanding of what community bank executives face day to day, and she speaks their language because she has lived it.
A proud Missourian, Jessica brings the kind of personalized, relationship-first approach that her members can feel from the first conversation, paired with the professional depth that comes from years of experience across the financial services industry. She is committed to the success of every Affiliation Program member and to the broader mission of supporting community bankers nationwide.
She attended the University of Missouri and now holds a Bachelor of Science from Columbia College. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling and cheering on her son as a lacrosse mom.
